API Credentials

This screen stores External API credential information.

As Continuum continues to expand its functionality, it will increasingly leverage integrations with third-party applications to perform a range of standard and extended functions. Centralising credential management ensures these integrations are secure, scalable, and easier to administer.

This screen only relates to 'External' APIs used by Continuum. This is not to be confused with the Ostendo API Service



Currently, three external API integrations have been earmarked for use within Continuum:



Email Service Configuration for Continuum:


To enable emailing directly from within Continuum, an email service must be configured. Two options are available:


    • Amazon Simple Email Service (AWS SES):
      • A cloud-based email service provided by Amazon Web Services, allowing subscribers to send emails securely and reliably through AWS.

    • Microsoft 365 Emailing Service (MS Graph):


AI Service:

Progressively we will be building AI into Continuum. In order to make use of AI within Continuum, those sites will be required to subscribe to AI organisations. Our initial development will be focussed on using Anthropics Claude AI offering
