QuickBooks QBi Integration
QuickBooks Qbi 2008/2009+ and 2009/2010 Versions integrate with Ostendo.
- Ostendo creates financial transactions that can be transferred to the QuickBooks QBi software.
- Ostendo uses Cost Centres to accumulate all the financial data to be transferred to QuickBooks QBi.
- Ostendo provides the individual Customers Debtors Ledger and Stock Ledger.
- Inventory Supplier invoice details and all the financial figures required to maintain a General Ledger are collated in Ostendo for transfer to QuickBooks QBi.
- The actual transfer of data is User controlled. The data is initially moved to the Link software supplied by Development-X Ltd.
- The interface program or Link is where the Ostendo Cost Centre Codes are mapped to the QuickBooks QBi Codes, and the process of updating the QuickBooks QBi database is activated.
